There’s a reason why Point Grey is so expensive. Large, almost overwhelming, mansions sit on massive properties that weave through perfectly manicured streets. In addition, Jericho Hill Centre and Gymnasium, the Lord Byng Pool and Weight Room & West Point Grey Community Centre offer local recreation, arts & cultural pursuits.
