Get Outside
Stroll along the boardwalk and gaze at the fishing boats rolling down the Fraser.
Although the majority of the 1.5 km pathway is paved (or paving stones), there's also a good chunk of boardwalk that weaves through the marshland by the Fraser River.
Residents are always leisurely strolling, running or biking on this stretch of waterfront pathway, which happens to lead to a continuous 5 km pathway extending east into the southern edge of Burnaby.
Riverfront Park, the primary park in the neighbourhood, has basketball courts, a picnic area, playground, ultimate field and public washrooms.
