What started at a neighbourhood full of homes, Collingwood has experienced tremendous growth with several condo buildings and is now a transit hub with three skytrain stations.

Collingwood is a family-oriented, working class neighbourhood with quick access to a full range of amenities. It’s one of the fastest growing, and constantly developing communities in Vancouver.
Collingwood is located on the east side of Vancouver and bordered by Victoria, Killarney, Renfrew Heights and Boundary Road.
Norquay Park, on the south west corner of the community, has a basketball court, splash park and baseball diamond. Gaston Park, which is wrapped by several highrises, has tennis courts, ball diamonds and a playground. It’s also great place to take your dog for a walk.
Collingwood Neighbourhood House offers several activities for residents including music, dance, arts and gardening. They also have a great recreation program to help members connect, stay healthy and have fun.
Commuting downtown is a breeze in Collingwood. The Joyce-Collingwood station and the 29th Avenue station both lie within the community and connect residents to Downtown Vancouver in minutes.
Attractive to growing families, the neighbourhood offers six schools (Graham Bruce, Grenfell, Carleton, Norquay, Nootka and Renfrew) as well as Killarney Secondary School which is nearby. BCIT in Burnaby is only a short drive away and offers excellent post-secondary programs.
