Eastside, Vancouver
In an ideal central location, Fraserview has quick access to Commercial Drive, UBC, Richmond and YVR Airport – and it’s home to one of Vancouver’s best golf courses.

Even though Fraserview is visibly defined by its golf course, the community is very family-oriented with so many schools and parks nearby.

Fraserview is located on the east side of Vancouver and bordered by South Vancouver, South Marine, Champlain Heights and Killarney.
Get Outside
The big draw in the neighbourhood is the Fraserview Golf Course.
The picturesque Fraser River is just south of the community where you'll find residents jogging, cycling and dog walking.
Fraserview Golf Course posts a challenging 18 hole track that’s sure to test any handicap. It’s run by the Vancouver Parks Board and is one of the favourite city courses.
Bobolink Park, the largest park in the neighbourhood, is centrally located and has two soccer fields, a baseball diamond, wading pool & playground for kids.
SHop & Dine
Eclectic retail and ethnic eateries in all directions.
Go north on Victoria and Elliott Street, West to Kerr Street, East on SW Marine or South to The River District. Whatever you're looking for, you can find it with minutes.
Champlain Square, on Kerr Street, is minutes away and offers several shops & services including Kin’s Farm Market, Starbucks, Shoppers Drug Mart, Your Independant Grocery Store and a BC Liquor Store.
Just across SW Marine Drive is the new River District with a Save-On-Foods, Everything Wine, Orange Theory, restaurants and banks.
Just a short drive north on Victoria Drive for local shops & restaurants and Value Village. Go the same direction on Elliott to Killarney Centre for groceries at 88 SuperMarket or a cup of java at Starbucks.
