Located between the Spanish Banks Beaches and Jericho Beach, Locarno Beach is that perfect little gem for a day of sand and surf.

The biggest perk to this little sandy haven is it’s a designated quiet beach, meaning no loud sound systems are allowed, making it an ideal spot for a truly relaxing day at the beach. 

Located in Vancouver’s Point Grey neighborhood, Locarno is a peaceful getaway in comparison to Vancouver’s busier city beaches. This hidden gem checks off all the boxes for a perfect beach day; the hot sandy beach, shaded park area, bbq’s, concession stand and beach volleyball courts.

The bottom line.  Locarno Beach is a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of other Vancouver beaches on a hot, sunny day.  There’s plenty of space for everyone, the views are outstanding, and you don’t have to worry about loud groups or music to take away your beach experience.
