This vibrant and centrally located community is home to the South Granville shopping district and boasts some of the best views of downtown & North Shore mountains.

Fairview is located just south of West 6th Avenue and bordered by False Creek, Kitsilano and Mount Pleasant West.

Fairview is rich in top amenities that make it a highly desirable hub.
Parks are scattered throughout the Fairview neighbourhood. You can easily find green space to walk the dog, or a place to play tennis or soccer and playgrounds to take the kids.
On the northern border of Fairview, residents have access to the seawall that offers one of the most perfect walking, jogging, biking, and rollerblading venues in Canada.
City parks include Charleston Park, which is a must for the views of downtown. For those who like to stay active, the Vancouver Lawn Bowling Club is on the northern tip of the neighbourhood along 16th and Fir.
Getting around Fairview is easy on foot, cycling or by transit which can be found on many streets from Broadway to Cambie to Granville, making downtown and the rest of Greater Vancouver easily accessed. You can find two major Skytrain Stations at the Olympic Village Station and the Broadway-City Hall Station.

South Granville is a dynamic mix of coffee shops, antique stores, high end retail stores and fantastic restaurants.
In addition to the large variety of shopping & dining on South Granville, the Broadway corridor is an excellent source for retails shops & dining.
Here you’ll find big box retail like London Drugs & Indigo mixed in with boutique stores, brand name & hidden gem restaurants along with a plethora of services. You also have additional large brand retail options on the Cambie corridor and easy access to the Public Market at the world-famous Granville Island.
