The Erickson

1560 Homer Mews, Yaletown, Vancouver

Keeping watch over the glistening waters of False Creek, the twisted steel and glass design of the picturesque Erickson serves as a beacon of inspiration for those who dare to push the envelope in building architecture.

An architectural masterpiece designed by world renowned Arthur Erickson.

Defined by luxury, the 17-storey, 61-resident tower twists into the Vancouver skyline above picturesque False Creek.

Its contemporary design showcases extensive glazed glass panels and a contoured concrete framework that rotate first counter-clockwise and then clockwise. The tower’s signature structural twist, reminiscent of a wave, allows for every single suite to enjoy panoramic views of the waterfront, the mountains, and the city.

Residents enjoy direct elevator access to each unit, floor to ceiling windows, central air cooling system, fully equipped kitchen w/top of the line appliances, integrated LCD TV in vanity mirror, separate shower, steam bath, limestone tiles & countertops in spa-inspired bathrooms, privacy in bedrooms situated on opposite end corners, spacious balcony with frameless eclipsed doors that open up to city and water views.

The development features extensive privacy and security measures, with double-gated remote entry access to secured underground parking, a video enter-phone system, personally encoded entry devices, and 24-hour surveillance. Each floor features three 2,200 square foot units, all with direct elevator access and individual private garages. A concierge is at your service 24 hours a day within the Versace furnished lobby.
