Developed by Concord Pacific and completed in 2009, Flagship, located at 8 Smithe Mews, stands as a beacon of luxury in Vancouver’s Yaletown neighborhood. 

Flagship is the last of the Platinum buildings built by Concord Pacific.

Located on the edge of False Creek and minutes away from trendy restaurants & shops in Yaletown's warehouse district, Flagship is the epitome of luxury condo living in Vancouver.

Built in 2009 by Concord Pacific, this 28-storey building features 112 condos with spectacular views of False Creek and the city skyline. Part of the Coopers Quay community of buildings, Flagship was the last building to be constructed by Concord Pacific and, as the name suggests, this prestigious is the crown jewel in the project.
