My wife and I booked 2 e-bikes from Darren at Alien e-bike rentals this morning. He was really helpful and took us through everything to make sure we were happy woth how the bikes operated and he explained the best route on the map. We booked 3 hours, but I would recommend going for the 5 hour rental as you will want to stop so many times for photo opps and to see the sights as you go around Stanley park. The battery life in the bikes is amazing and they are so powerful. They really do only rent really fresh models. The bikes also come with security chains which are simple to use if you stop to use the washrooms. Visit a cafe or to take pictures. There are ple types of bike stands everywhere round the park too where you can secure the bikes. Just remember your e-bike number if it's busy as there are so many bikes coming and going. Go see these guys, they are so lovely to deal with and you get to support a small local business. Many thanks for an amazing day. Robert and Catherine

What a way to spend a beautiful sunny Vancouver day riding bikes with friends! Alien E-Bike Rentals was the perfect location to start our day-long adventure. We were able to book our bikes online the day before easily. When we arrived, the bikes were ready to go. The staff was so friendly and efficient. The boss, Bubba the Cockapoo, was our friendly greeter, but we had to pay an extra tip of skritches and a ball toss. They helped us set up the bikes and showed us how they worked. The bikes were brand new, easy to ride, and provided enough charge for us to have a great adventure. The bikes had wide, chunky tires that helped smooth out the ride and provided grip on the gravel sections of the bike paths. We rode all the way to the UBC Botanical Garden, then to the Kitsilano neighborhood for lunch at Delara, and back along the sea wall bike paths. The Alien E-Bikes were a big hit with our group and so much better than whatever beat-up cruiser bike we would borrow from our hotel. Be sure to sign their picnic table when you return your bikes. And give Bubba some skritches.

Rented an e-bike for half a day to putter cycle around False Creek and Stanley Park, and to see the Seymour Suspension Bridge in North Van. The chap who helped me was fantastic - courteous, polite, and very helpful. The bike had a lot of pep and was easy to use. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alien.

Great experience renting e-bikes. The location is near Science world, on the seawall biking lanes. The bikes were brand new and super fast. At this price you wont find a better deal. Staff was very polite and friendly too. Highly recommended.

Best electric bike in Vancouver! The suspension and speed of the bike were amazing, I was able to go over big bumps and holes without a problem. Not to mention the location to rent the bikes is perfect, right on the bike path, it’s basically completely a straight line to Stanley park making it super simple for someone who’s not good with their maps. The employees were super friendly and helped me get started with the bike, I also noticed...
The employees were super friendly and helped me get started with the bike, I also noticed they are dog friendly and give out treats to dogs walking by. Price wise I paid $55 for 2 hours which is completely fair for the type of bike you receive. I highly recommend anyone who is coming to Vancouver to give Alien E-bike rentals a try.
