✔️ Mandatory Every Rider MUST Sign a waiver electronically from the main confirmation email. The email can be forwarded to all the participants to sign as well.

✔️ Dress for the weather! 🌤️ If it’s under 15°C, a coat and gloves might be a good idea.

Do you have children’s bikes or baby seats?

No. This activity is only for riders 16 and older.

How long does it take to loop Stanley Park from your location?

On Electric Level 1 (slowest level): About 1 hour 30 minutes (non-stop).
We provide a Vancouver Seawall Passport Map with over 20 must-see landmarks to explore!

What if I go over my rental time?

If you go over by an hour, we’ll upgrade you to the next package price (just $16 more to upgrade to the 3-hour package for example).
On busy, sold-out days, you may be charged the hourly late rate—just ask us before heading out!

Will my e-bike battery last all day?

✔️ Yes! Most riders complete a full day on one battery.
✔️ Battery life depends on pedaling, throttle usage, and hills.

What if I book and it starts raining?

No worries! We’re a reasonable family business:
Free cancellations or rebooking if you don’t want to ride in the rain.
Many customers still ride and have a blast in the rain! 🌧️🚴

I’ve never tried an e-bike before. What if I can’t ride it?

He was really helpful and took us through everything to make sure we were happy woth how the bikes operated and he explained the best route on the map. Best electric bike in Vancouver! The suspension and speed of the bike were amazing, I was able to go over big bumps and holes without a problem.
